But with all that charm comes responsibility, and buyers often want to know what issues are most common in older Twin Cities homes.

The first is radon. Minnesota has naturally high radon levels, especially in older foundations. It is common to see a mitigation system already installed. If not, installing one is a simple fix and is one of the most straightforward improvements you can make.
